Barb's approach to managing real estate transactions on behalf of her clients is best characterized as professional, and reflecting a high level of sensitivity. She thrives on aggressively negotiating on behalf of her clients and takes great pains to insure that there is a constant and open flow of communication. Barb's real estate credentials include roughly a decade in the areas of real estate development, property management and marketing, initially in Seattle's famed "Microsoft Country" and most recently in Santa Fe, New Mexico where she is affiliated with Santa Fe Realty Partners.

Her earlier career includes experiences as a marriage and family therapist and art historian...all of which are frequently called into service in her role as a Realtor.
